Histoni has implemented Safer Space Principles, which make our guild rooms and events safer to all our members. Everyone who participates in the events of Histoni are committed to adhere to the Safer space principles.
BE OPEN
Confront new subjects and people with no prejudice, take every situation as a chance to learn new and to develop.
RESPECT
Give people space, take note of your word choices and remember the diversity of other event participants.
INTERVENE
If you witness harassment or other inappropriate treatment, do not remain a bystander.
ENCOURAGE
Take responsibility of the experiences of other participants. Listen and encourage.
RELAX
Being mistaken and asking is allowed.
DO NOT PRESUME
Respect everyone’s self-definition and don’t make presumptions of their sex, gender, background or family relations.
