HeLa (Histoni Experimental Lab) is an interdisciplinary student band founded by biochemistry students at the University of Oulu. We’re officially under Histoni ry, but any and all university students who dig what we do are more than welcome to join in! We mainly play rock covers of popular party anthems, often with fun, student-themed lyrics. Our lineup’s changed over the years, but that’s never slowed us down.

We’ll bring an energetic set to your party, with a student-twist! Got a must-hear song? Just let us know: we love taking requests when we can. And if you need something more laid-back (say, a mellow Christmas carol or jazz mini-set for a holiday get-together), we can do that too.

OYY- or OSAKO-affiliated subject/hobby group event: 250 € for 45 minutes of playing + a case of beer
Other events: 400 € for 45 minutes of playing + a case of beer
